I was worried because there were no reviews, but it was so good ~ ~
Other places have a lot of views of the construction site, but this is not even a sea view, but you can see the city and the sea well ~ ~
And the Malibu Club on the nearby beach is so nice to have a beer ~ ~
Really nice 2br. Both bedrooms had TVs as well. Everything was super new. Plenty of towels provided, extra tissues etc were all available.
Location is good and the room had a sea view.
Peter was really helpful and easy to communicate with.

Peter was a great host and was very responsive to any questions that I had. He even gave us recommendations on where to see the fireworks on New Years Eve. Would come again!
It was really great.
Clean, well organized bedding, and a cool air conditioner
We really recommend a good TV, a balcony where you can watch it outside.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate all your effort in welcoming us. My sons love your place. It is a home away from home. The room is very relaxing. My sons really enjoyed their stay.
I booked Peter’s place for a layover and it was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. Peter was a great host and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I’d highly recommend his place.
Highly recommended!! This was my first experience dealing with friendly owner. Mr Peter welcomed us and explained everything from A to Z. I really feel like my own house. I played piano and my kids really enjoy it. This house equipped with smart tv so we can enjoy youtube or other channel. Mr Peter also served a complimentary fruits as an appreciation for women's day. I am from Malaysia and i can use Grab to book a ride. The price is cheaper than taxi. Thank you👍🏻👍🏻
We had a fantastic stay at Peter's place. Peter is the best host ever. He even printed a small photo of mine and placed it in a photo frame and bought daisy flower (a typical kind of flower from Hanoi); and said that these are the little gifts to make me feel at home. So thoughtful. The apartment is very well-designed and clean. A kitchen with all the needed utensils (and a big supermarket in the basement) so that we can cook easily. Comfy bed to watch YouTube and Netflix ^^. And especially, a lovely Clavinova piano for us to play and chill. Highly recommend this place.
